Appointments & Cancellations
How do I book an appointment?

You can book online for most services, or call us directly. Please note that colour appointments cannot be booked online.

How long should I allow for my appointment?

All cutting appointments require a full hour, which includes consultation, wash, cut, blow dry, and styling. Colour services may require additional time.

What if I’m late or need to cancel?
  • Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being rescheduled.
  • We require 48 hours’ cancellation notice.
Cancellation Fees
  • Less than 48 hours: 10% of your booked appointment
  • Less than 24 hours: 30% of your booked appointment
  • No show: 50% of your booked appointment
Do you require a deposit?

Some appointments may require a non-refundable deposit. Please ask us for details when booking.

Can prices change?

Prices are confirmed during consultation and may vary depending on your chosen service and stylist level.

Patch Tests & Colour Services
Why do I need a patch (skin) test?

Reactions to hair colour can be serious. Patch tests ensure your safety and are required at least 48 hours before any colour appointment.

I’ve been colouring my hair for years — do I still need a test?

Yes. Sensitivity can develop over time, and patch tests help us monitor your safety.

What should I tell my stylist before a colour service?

Inform us if you’ve had any sensitivities since your last colour, any tattoos (including temporary black henna) or permanent makeup, or any allergic reactions to products.

How long does a patch test take and how much does it cost?

Patch tests take around 10 minutes in the salon and are free of charge.

Do I need a patch test every time?

Not always. If nothing has changed since your last test and we have a valid record (usually within 6 months), you may not need a new test.

Can I bring my own colour?

No, we only apply colour provided by Bimbo’s Hair to ensure safety and quality.

Can clients under 16 get their hair coloured?

Unfortunately, we do not colour hair for clients under 16 years.

Salon Etiquette & Health
Can I get a refund if I’m unhappy with a service or product?

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. However, please contact the salon within 7 days if you have concerns about a service or product.

Do you accept clients with time restrictions?

Yes — let your stylist know if you have limited time so we can plan your appointment accordingly.

Can the salon be held liable for damage?

Although we take care, Bimbo’s Hair is not liable for damage or loss to any clothing or personal property.

What about non-confirmed appointments?

We reserve the right to cancel any appointments that are not confirmed.

How should I behave in the salon?

Please arrive on time, respect our staff and other clients, and keep mobile phones on silent to maintain a relaxed environment.
