You can book online for most services, or call us directly. Please note that colour appointments cannot be booked online.
All cutting appointments require a full hour, which includes consultation, wash, cut, blow dry, and styling. Colour services may require additional time.
Some appointments may require a non-refundable deposit. Please ask us for details when booking.
Prices are confirmed during consultation and may vary depending on your chosen service and stylist level.
Reactions to hair colour can be serious. Patch tests ensure your safety and are required at least 48 hours before any colour appointment.
Yes. Sensitivity can develop over time, and patch tests help us monitor your safety.
Inform us if you’ve had any sensitivities since your last colour, any tattoos (including temporary black henna) or permanent makeup, or any allergic reactions to products.
Patch tests take around 10 minutes in the salon and are free of charge.
Not always. If nothing has changed since your last test and we have a valid record (usually within 6 months), you may not need a new test.
No, we only apply colour provided by Bimbo’s Hair to ensure safety and quality.
Unfortunately, we do not colour hair for clients under 16 years.
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. However, please contact the salon within 7 days if you have concerns about a service or product.
Yes — let your stylist know if you have limited time so we can plan your appointment accordingly.
Although we take care, Bimbo’s Hair is not liable for damage or loss to any clothing or personal property.
We reserve the right to cancel any appointments that are not confirmed.
